This questionnaire has been designed within the framework of the EPIC Africa project (https://www.epicafrica.eu/) which aims to build advanced and spatially contextualised Water-Energy-Food models for long-term infrastructure planning in the project area (Volta Basin in West Africa and Tana Basin in East Africa). The project will produce a set of institutional, regulatory and technical recommendations for sustainable management under the transition scenarios.
